It's on! Estate grown Pinot Grigio came in first, followed by Fox Creek Orange Muscat. Here's how crush works: grapes arrive in macrobins and one at a time each bin is
emptied into the crusher (picture one). The crusher sends the stems out one end (picture two) and sends the pulp and skins either to the
press, or to another macrobin for fermentation (picture three). Orange Muscat is viscous so we let it relax in macrobins for a day before sending it to the press.
